Life Group Leader Form

Thank you for answering the call to lead a life group this semester!

Life groups run roughly 12-13 weeks, with the Spring semester beginning the first week of February going through April and the Fall semester beginning the first week of September and running through November.

Your group can meet weekly, biweekly, or any schedule you see fit during that time, on the day/time of your choosing, with any topic or activity of your choosing. These groups are not RezLife specific, so feel free to invite neighbors, coworkers, friends, and even strangers!

The only request that we have of you as leaders is that you are in prayer over the group and how the Lord would have you lead others to Him through it.

Once this form is received, Pastor Rusty or the Life Group Coordinator will contact you to confirm all the details.
